Location:  East Sidney Dam is located on Ouleout Creek in Delaware County, N.Y. The dam is approximately four highway miles downstream from the village of Franklin and six miles upstream from Unadilla. Route 357 Town of Sidney, New York 13838.

Directions: From Binghamton, East on I-88 to Unadilla, Exit 11, then five miles East on NY 357 to the park.
